We've launched a new feature that makes it easier for owners and committee members to manage their delivery preferences in real time. In this article, we'll walk you through how to enable and monitor this feature for your clients in PropertyIQ.
We've also prepared this article if you'd like to send a guide to your clients for this new release.
Start by logging in to the PropertyIQ Portal and navigate to Configuration.
Under the Owner and Committee tabs, scroll down to My Profile page.
There, simply tick edit delivery preferences.
Once you've enabled this feature, owners can update their delivery preferences, directly through the PropertyIQ portal.
When an owner is logged in, they can find and edit their delivery preferences under My Profile.
Owners simply have to click Edit delivery preferences to make their changes.
Committee members will also be able to view and change delivery preferences for documents and updates related to the strata committee.
Changes made by owners and committee members will then update in PropertyIQ, in real time.
In addition, owners can also switch recipients to one of their Quick Contacts, and change the delivery method for the selected recipient. Quick contacts will include the agents and tenants you have saved against a lot in PropertyIQ.
As a strata manager, you can then keep track of any changes your clients make by navigating to File, Lots/Owners. Then select Lot and Log of Changes in PropertyIQ. There, you can see important information such as who made the change, as well as when and where the change was made.
For changes made by committee members, you can navigate to File, Building, Info, Committee. Then select Committee Member and Log of Changes.
