Fixed – these are the set fees spelled out in your management agreement. They are configured on the building card. There are two types of fixed charges:
Variable – These are triggered by an action you perform on PropertyIQ and are configured on the building card. Charges are created using charge schedules, which allow you to configure the same charges for single or multiple buildings. Variable charges are triggered by specific defined activities in PropertyIQ.
Activity Log – The activity log under the Processing menu and allows you to record activities and configure charges for any type of activity. You can use the activity log to charge for activities or just to record for reporting purposes.
