Incoming and outgoing emails

The emails function allows you to send bulk and individual emails from PropertyIQ once your own email server credentials have been entered in PropertyIQ’s settings. These are called outgoing emails. A record of each email is retained in the global emailing area as well as in the relevant building card, lot card supplier card and/or debtor card.

The incoming emails function allows you to store records of emails that have been managed outside PropertyIQ 

Incoming and outgoing emails can be attached to the records of the lot owner, building or supplier that they relate to.
